As I sit at the keyboard, I cannot help but think of how close the holidays are approaching us. Can you believe that Christmas in 35 days? Christmas is also the 358th day of the year, which means the New Year is only a week away. I cannot believe how fast the time has flown and yet it seems as if time is relative in a sense where we waited for this day to happen.
With Black Friday happening a week from today, the demand to shop for the biggest holiday of the year is approaching. Black Friday is November 27, 2015, but is being celebrated by some businesses and advertisers the evening of Thanksgiving (which is now being dubbed "Black Friday Eve"). Needless to say, it's quite amazing.
What are your plans for Black Friday this year? I will be shopping and enjoying the day and appreciating the sales and deals the day offers. One of my favorite things about shopping this time of year is getting items for free, yes, but also saving money. It's almost an incentive to the soul and a reminder that you can appreciate the day after Thanksgiving.
